于2000年投入螺丝铆钉合金主模生产。以完善的生产体系、成套的生产设备和一批优秀的技术人员，一直以来不断共同努力创造以“质量第一、服务第一、信誉第一”为本厂发展的目标。最后，得到周边企业的支持和信任，使本厂发展省内外客户打好了基础。
在2004年抓好合金主模生产的同时，为客户成功研发螺丝打头配套设备“不锈钢线材加温机”。为减少客户生产成本、增加竞争力作出了贡献。并得到广大客户和经销商的认同。最近还受到新加坡厂商的前来青睐，并成功得到新加坡厂商采购使用认定，实现国外客户使用支持和赞美，为日后本厂连带产品实现出口迈出了重要一步。2006年5月份，本厂花了一年研发的无毒无苯不锈钢打头油终于成功研制，其安全性和实用性得到广大客户和直接使用者的一致好评。

We started producing alloy master mould for screws and rivets in 2000. With perfect production system, full set of equipment and a team of excellent technicians, we have been making efforts to set up “quality, service and credit first” as our goal. After getting support and trust from surrounding enterprises, we lay a good foundation in developing customers inside and outside the province.

In 2004, we focused on producing alloy master mould, at the same time, we successfully developed screw heading equipment “stainless steel wire heating machine”. In this way, the production cost is reduced and the competitive edge is increased. We gain recognition from our customers and distributors. Recently, our products attract some Singaporean manufacturers and we get orders from them. Gaining the support from abroad, we take a significant step for the export of related products in the future. In May 2006, we successfully develop non-poisonous and non-benzene stainless steel heading oil after one year’s study. It is so secure and practical that it gets favor from many customers and users.

It is well-known that product R&D is one of the key point to expediting the development of enterprises. At the same time, we can also provide customers with processing services: countersunk, foot-binding, grasps the foot, the feet tied, reducing the diameter, bugle head, line cutting, depature the center as well as electric corrosion anti-slip tooth and so on.
